Even if you are not available the 6 weekends that we are open, we still appreciate the help in the months leading up to opening.

Attend a meet up and sign the waiver
Meet ups are a great way to meet the staff, tour the house & haunt areas, get your mandatory waivers signed, and find out how to get involved!
We do ask that you try to attend at least one meet up!

Just show up and fulfill your role each night...
We depend solely on volunteers to keep our haunt running and so we are looking for a dependable and dedicated scare team.
There are endless ways to help between now and opening weekend! Although a more detailed list of positions is available below we are open to new ideas and events to promote at.
There are also many volunteer clean up days that our haunt volunteers are welcome to join- although by no means mandatory, extra hands are always appreciated by the Hannah House staff.
Our Code of Conduct and list of expectations is provide below.

Positions Available
Street Team
Help to promote Haunting at the Hannah house and all related events in the months leading up to the haunt. This could be sharing posts & inviting friends to follow on social media, passing out flyers, participating in promotional events, being a promotional scare actor, etc.
Promotional Actor
These are roles that will be used as promotional material on our socials and at events leading up to the haunt. You may be needed for photos, videos, or appearances.
House & Grounds Clean Up
Attend clean up days at the house to help get the house and grounds haunt ready.
Make Up
Will need to show up early each night to get our scare actors looking creepy each night.
Costume Design
Help to create specific looks for each haunt area in the months leading up to our event.
Prop & Set Design
Help to create the vision of each haunt area in the months leading up to the event.
Lead Monster
This is a role for experienced scare actors and will require an audition.
Scare Actor
The many roles located within the haunted house. Detailed character list TBA.
Tour Guide
Will lead groups through the Hannah House and give a spooky tour before they enter the haunt. Dressed in period attire.
Security
In charge of making our event safe for our guests and staff.
Ticketing
Trusted person people needed from both Hannah House and Let’s Talk Horror each night to run the ticket sales and count funds upon closing.
Line Attendants
In charge of keeping the line moving, reading Haunt Rules, and inciting excitement for the Haunt. Preferably in costume and role.
Setup/Teardown
Will be expected to come in early or stay late to help with set up and break down of the haunt each night.
Cooks/Haunt Mom or Dad
In charge of making sure our staff is well hydrated, fed, and taken care of.
